The One-Person Stack is a weekly field manual for the new wave of solo founders, indie hackers, and ambitious professionals who want to build real businesses without building big teams.

The thesis is simple. AI tools, smart workflows, and modern systems now make it possible for one person to do what used to require a team. The hard part isn't whether it's possible — it's knowing which tools to use, how to connect them, and when to automate vs. when to stay hands-on.
